How do I get started?
Choose a Ledger device from Ledger.com, then download Ledger Live only from Ledger.com/start. Follow the in-app setup steps, write down your recovery phrase on paper, and keep it somewhere private and secure.
Does Ledger ever ask for my recovery phrase?
No. Never share or enter your 24-word recovery phrase online, in an app, or with anyone claiming to be support. Anyone with that phrase can access your assets.
Is Ledger Live free to use?
Ledger Live is a free companion app for setting up your device and managing supported assets. Network fees and third-party service fees may apply when you make transactions or use optional services.
